Job summary

Insight is seeking a Financial Services Rep II in the Philippines to manage a portfolio of client accounts receivable, resolve delinquencies, and coordinate with Sales and AP teams. The role includes handling enterprise client billing and updating top delinquent account reports.

Candidates should have 2+ years in B2B collections, strong analytical and reporting skills, and knowledge of collection laws. Night shift availability is required and you will work within Insight's regulatory and client

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; minimum 2 years B2B collections experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business journals, technical procedures, and regulations.
• Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and communicating effectively with clients and teammates.
• Knowledge of collection laws and procedures; ability to build rapport with client AP contacts and sales teams.
• Experienced in handling complex issues with minimal supervision, meeting SLAs, and maintaining portfolio balances within departmental standards.
• Must be willing to work the night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR and maintain detailed collection records.
• Contact delinquent accounts via phone, fax, email; send system-generated letters to encourage payment.
• Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients and update status reports on top delinquent accounts.
• Confer with clients to resolve overdue payments, review terms, and record promised payment details.
• Notify Sales Rep of issues, provide AR with payment application info, and initiate credit holds or service interruptions after manager consultation.
• Process legal, third-party collections, bankruptcy paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned.
