Job summary

EY GDS Philippines is seeking a Manager in Financial Due Diligence to lead and execute engagements for mergers and acquisitions. You will work with clients to understand their business, identify risks, and provide insights that support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include leading buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyzing financial and operational results, preparing reports with quality of earnings and working capital analysis, mentoring the team, and helping business development.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent required.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial due diligence or related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze target company financials to identify trends and drivers of earnings.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports including quality of earnings and working capital analysis.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
