Job summary

EY in Taguig seeks a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions team. You will provide analytical insights for mergers and acquisitions and help clients navigate transaction complexities.

You will conduct financial due diligence, analyze financial statements and trends to identify risks and opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports. You will mentor junior staff and engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and support business

Qualifications

• Professional accounting/finance qualification required (CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across diverse sectors.
• Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports with key findings and insights.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate DD findings in transactions.
• Mentor junior staff and engage directly with clients to deliver service.
• Support business development through market research and proposals.
