Job summary

PM Consulting in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence to lead complex buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborate with global onshore teams, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

You will guide engagement planning, manage data room activities, and lead reviews of Quality of Earnings and net working capital analyses. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, UK GAAP knowledge, and experience with analytics tools are

Qualifications

Experience leading FDD/transaction advisory engagements.
Strong knowledge of earnings quality and working capital analysis.
Financial statement analysis and UK GAAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple financial due diligence engagements from planning through final deliverables.
Oversee transaction workbooks, data room activities, document requests, and financial analysis.
Lead and review QC of Earnings, NWC, Debt/Debt-like analyses.
Review FDD reports, financial summaries, exhibits, and management presentations.
Lead client discussions and present key findings to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with global/onshore teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
Identify financial risks and provide actionable insights.
Coach and develop junior staff; support proposals and business development.
