Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Assistant Manager – Financial Due Diligence to lead and execute buy-side and sell-side engagements in a fast-paced, global environment. You will analyze financial statements, identify key transaction issues, and help prepare FDD/VDD reports.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with onshore and international teams while meeting tight deadlines. Based in Makati, this role is on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with international/onshore teams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Background in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end financial due diligence engagements and manage assigned workstreams.
• Analyze financial statements, trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Identify trends, risks, and issues; develop questions for management.
• Prepare and review sections of FDD/VDD reports and financial analyses.
• Support client discussions and communicate key findings.
