enablesGROUP is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid: 3x Onsite, 2x WFH). The role reports to the Group Financial Controller and leads a small team to strengthen finance and operations, including Australian taxation compliance and cross-functional process improvements.

The successful candidate will drive timely financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and internal controls, while supporting strategic growth and scalable finance operations for the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 7+ years of accounting, reporting, and financial management experience.
• Blue chip international experience (e.g., Big 4 or multinational).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, GL, variances, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Maintain accurate records, supporting documentation, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards (AASB) and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support financial reporting projects, KPI dashboards, and process improvements.
