Qualifications

• At least three years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience preparing management reports is essential.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or strategic initiatives is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models using actual financial performance and historical data.
• Build rolling 12–18 month financial forecasts, ensuring assumptions are accurate, consistent, and well-supported.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership and executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic support.
