Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting an Assistant Accountant for our Ortigas, Pasig City location. The role offers a hybrid work setup with day shifts, supporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting.

You will assist with month-end tasks, reconciliations, tax compliance, asset and contract financing processes, and intercompany activities, contributing to accurate and timely financials for Adaptalift Group and associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Adaptalift Group and related entities.
• Complete month-end tasks: journals, accruals, and prepayments within timelines.
• Reconcile selected bank accounts in a timely manner.
• Assist monthly balance sheet reconciliations and end-to-end processes.
• Assist year-end activities including annual financial statements preparation.
• Extract and analyse data using financial systems and reports.
• Develop, implement and maintain reporting standards for financial and management reports.
• Generate monthly analytical reports for stakeholders (corporate card, travel, etc).
• Distribute monthly executive reports and manage finance administration tasks (collections, invoicing).
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and follow up on rejected invoices.
