HRTx Inc. is seeking a Business Controlling Finance Manager in Ortigas, Pasig. The role offers a Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home) and a morning shift, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions.

The candidate will partner with business units, lead budgeting, analyze profitability, and produce management reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate financial data and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
CPA or CMA is an advantage.
5–8 years of finance, FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP/reporting systems experience.
Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance and business profitability.
Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
Monitor cost controls and operational performance.
Partner with department heads on financial planning.
