enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a meticulous Financial Accountant to manage bank entries, reconciliations, AR, month-end close, and tax compliance. You will collaborate across teams, ensure accurate reporting, and support audits.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with Australian taxation. Hybrid work arrangement with office in Pasig accommodates flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting with 3+ years exposure to Australian Taxation.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Central or similar accounting system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, applications, and concepts.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across suppliers and teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, reconcile, and report financial transactions (bank, sales, AR).
• Manage monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, tax support.
• Perform daily bank and cash flow entries; reconcile statements.
• Raise invoices and monitor AR aging; coordinate on client issues.
• Monitor weekly store inventory and produce variance reports.
• Prepare accruals, adjustments, and month-end journal entries.
• Deliver balance sheet reconciliations and audit-ready schedules.
• Support management with reliable financial reports and ad hoc analyses.
