enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to oversee end-to-end finance operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role emphasizes process improvements through automation and AI-driven solutions.

The candidate will partner with management and external accountants, support payroll and compliance, and work in a hybrid setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience as Finance Manager, Senior Finance Officer, Senior Accountant, or similar.
• Hands-on bookkeeping and management accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with Xero/QuickBooks and AP/AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance function and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee bookkeeping using Xero/QuickBooks and handle AP/AR.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
• Coordinate month-end close, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights and analytics to management, and support automation/AI initiatives.
• Support payroll administration and compliance tasks.
