Job summary

Aprio is hiring for a Finance & Accounting Manager in the Philippines. The role leads the accounting department, ensures close processes, and enhances controls. Hybrid work is offered after an initial onsite period; on-site 2 days per week, 3 days WFH.

You will manage treasury, payroll, tax reporting, and audits, while partnering with management to drive financial performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA are required.
• 2-3 years of leadership in full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with accounting systems; Workday preferred.
• Prior shared services/BPO industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) with initial full onsite period.
• Dayshift schedule preference.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting department operations.
• Develop and enforce accounting procedures and controls.
• Oversee month and year-end processes, GL, AP/AR, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis and management recommendations.
• Support audits and statutory reporting; coordinate with compliance.
• Collaborate with treasury, payroll, tax reporting, and intercompany tasks.
