MicroSourcing invites applications for a Senior Financial Accountant (CPA required) based in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. The role offers hybrid work and day shifts with competitive rewards and benefits.

You will manage monthly close, financial reporting, and group-wide statements for Australia and New Zealand, while supporting audit and process improvements across Finance.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ability to prepare financial statements for group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the month end timetable.
• Assist with preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for Directors and Leadership.
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by Group Financial Controller monthly.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly Business Activity Statements for Australia and New Zealand.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and data collection for external auditors.
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business/team.
• Support process improvement within finance and across the business.
• Assist with detailed analysis of business projects and performance.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by Group Financial Controller or Senior Financial Accountant.

Your role:

The Senior Financial Accountant (Philippines) is accountable for:

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month end timetable

• Assist with preparing Financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team

• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller

• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors.

• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required).

• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business

• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required.

• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant.
