Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our hybrid team with locations in Eastwood, Quezon City and Clark, Pampanga. The role operates on a day-shift schedule and requires close coordination across sites to manage month-end financials and leadership reporting.

You will prepare monthly P&L and balance sheets, support BAS for Australia and New Zealand, and drive process improvements within finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly P&L accounts and balance sheets for the Group in line with the month-end timetable
• Assist in preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for Directors and Leadership Team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for monthly review by the Group Financial Controller
• Prepare monthly and quarterly BAS for Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Act as the first point of contact for daily queries from the business and within the finance team
• Assist in developing and driving process improvement strategies within finance and across the broader business
• Support ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller

Your Role

• Assist in preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Directors and Leadership Team
