Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to manage monthly financial statements for the Group, including P&L and balance sheets in line with the month-end timetable. The role supports presentation materials for directors and leadership teams and requires a hands-on, detail-focused approach in a hybrid Manila-based setting.

You will reconcile accounts, prepare BAS across Australia and New Zealand, serve as a central finance contact, and help drive process improvements across finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts and balance sheets for the Group in line with the agreed month-end timetable
• Assist in preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Directors and Leadership Team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for monthly review by the Group Financial Controller
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS) across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Act as the first point of contact for daily queries from the business and within the finance team
• Assist in developing and driving process improvement strategies within finance and across the broader business
• Support ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller
