Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, is hiring a Senior Financial Accountant for a hybrid, day-shift role at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will lead monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews for the Group, prepare financial presentations for leadership, and ensure accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

You will also assist with quarterly BAS for Australia and New Zealand, support annual audit activities, and drive finance process improvements while serving as the go-to contact for daily

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month end timetable
• Assist with preparing Financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required).
• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required.
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant.
