Job summary

The Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Consultant at Manulife Global Solutions will drive transformation initiatives in Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower, delivering process and performance improvements through data-driven methods. You will engage leaders, gather data, and apply Lean, Six Sigma and Design Thinking across projects.

You will leverage Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Automate to implement automation, workflow integration and efficiency gains, while documenting processes

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance and Accounting or related supporting role.
• 3 years in Project Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Change Management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification with OE project delivery experience.
• 5+ years combined in Finance Operations with related duties.
• Experience driving process automation using UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI and system workflows.
• Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions in Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Execute transformation and operational excellence projects for Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower.
• Analyze performance metrics: Efficiency, Accuracy, Productivity, CSAT, tNPS, Utilization and costs.
• Lead process redesign, automation, and data-driven improvements.
• Draft process flows using BPMN and manage RAID logs and governance.
• Engage stakeholders and report status; track benefits post-implementation.
• Promote OE culture and share best practices within GBS.
