Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Consultant to drive process and performance improvements across Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower. You will deliver automation, data-driven analysis, and change management using Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, BPMN, Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath and Power Automate in a global Shared Services setting.

Collaborating with stakeholders, collecting requirements, and ensuring benefits realization while maintaining

Qualifications

Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes in Shared Services, Global Business Services or Finance BPO operations.
CPA is an advantage.
3 years Project Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Change Management experience.
Trained in Lean/Six Sigma with project delivery experience in OE frameworks.
Experience in automation using UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI and related tools.

Responsibilities

Execute the operational excellence projects assigned by the Transformation & Operational Excellence Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower Director, focusing on metrics like efficiency, accuracy, productivity, timeliness and risk management.
Lead discovery sessions, collect data for analysis, and apply DMAIC/Design Thinking and BPMN for process documentation.
Leverage AI-based automation, system integration, and workflow development (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath).
Manage RAID logs, governance meetings, and benefits tracking to realize project objectives and value.
Foster a continuous improvement culture within GBS and champion OE practices across teams.
