Qualifications

• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes in GBS/Finance BPO.
• Understanding of OE KPIs and CTQ measures.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience with data analysis.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and project tools like Smartsheet and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Execute OE projects across Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower.
• Perform data gathering and process mapping using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead automation initiatives using Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate and UiPath.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and track benefits from OE initiatives.
• Support OE Community of Practice and promote continuous improvement.
