Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of Finance/Accounting processes in shared services, GBS or BPO environments.
Understanding of OE KPIs and CTQ measures.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Execute OE projects assigned by Transformation & Operational Excellence Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower Director.
Drive performance improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven methods.
Lead process automation using AI-based solutions and workflow development.
Engage stakeholders in discovery sessions and document process flows (BPMN).
Monitor benefits and report on project status and outcomes.
