Qualifications

• 6–7 years of management experience leading process & performance improvement projects in finance, investments, actuarial, or retirement ops.
• At least 3 years project management experience.
• Experience with BPO tools and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the pipeline of Transformation & Operational Excellence initiatives within the function.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet benefits.
• Lead medium-sized transformation projects with risk assessment.
• Provide tactical direction to delivery teams and manage stakeholders across geos.
• Mentor leaders in running mature OE practices and Lean initiatives.
