Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team at MBPS. In this role, you evaluate consultant performance by assessing their technical knowledge and application on projects.

You will lead transformation initiatives, manage portfolios, align with stakeholders, and coach leaders across geos, applying Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices to deliver measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

At least 6 to 7 years of management experience leading process & performance improvement projects in finance/ops.
At least 3 years project management experience.
Experience with cross-functional transformation and working with offshore partners.

Responsibilities

Own and drive pipeline of Transformation & Operational Excellence initiatives.
Ensure projects are high quality, deliver benefits, on time and within budget.
Lead medium-sized, medium-risk transformation and/or process improvement initiatives.
Project or program management for complex, organization-wide efforts.
Provide tactical direction to the project delivery team.
