Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team at MBPS. You will evaluate consultant performance on technical knowledge and application during delivery and drive a pipeline of high-impact transformation initiatives.

You will lead complex, cross-functional programs, mentor teams, and collaborate with offshore partners to ensure timely, within-budget delivery and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of management experience leading process & performance improvement projects in finance/accounting/investments/actuarial/retirement ops.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Nice-to-have: management consulting, cross-functional, multi-site transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the pipeline of transformation and operational excellence initiatives within the assigned function.
• Ensure projects are high quality, on time and within budget, delivering intended benefits.
• Lead medium-sized to organization-wide transformation and improvement programs.
• Provide tactical direction to project delivery teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
