Job summary

Manulife is hiring a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Consultant to support strategic initiatives across Finance, Actuarial, and GWAM Tower. You will deliver process improvement projects, automate workflows, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods.

You will engage stakeholders, manage data-driven analyses, and track benefits while aligning with OE frameworks and governance practices. A CPA and finance background are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Finance Shared Services and accounting processes.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and data analysis to identify gaps.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with OE frameworks and BPMN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational excellence projects for Finance, Actuarial and GWAM Tower.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and data-driven analysis efforts.
• Engage stakeholders, run discovery sessions, and report progress.
• Support benefits tracking and governance meetings within OE frameworks.
