Qualifikationen

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications.
• At least two years of AU bookkeeping or finance experience.
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients.
• Experience working within or supporting a SaaS business.
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Rippling for US payroll highly regarded.
• Experience using ERP or financial management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Prepare customer invoices and support revenue and subscription billing.
• Manage payments, expenses and banking transactions.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and maintain debtor records.
• Support renewals and allocate customer receipts.
• Record multi-currency transactions and receipts.
• Complete bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
• Process payroll for employees in Australia and the United States.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
