Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting or finance team.
• Understanding of finance processes, especially invoice processing and reconciliations.

• Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Upload supplier invoices into client portals and maintain records.
• Reconcile invoices between SAGE and client systems, resolve discrepancies.
• Process and verify supplier invoices with correct coding and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable activities, including payments and records.
• Support employee expense claims and related finance administration.
• Perform routine supplier and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist updating cash flow forecasts for business expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Support client onboarding by validating records and billing documents.
• Assist with month-end activities, reporting and ad hoc finance tasks.
