Job summary

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector for a fully remote Finance role in the Philippines. The role offers opportunities at Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst or Senior level, supporting global operations in Australia, UAE and the US.

You will manage management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis, including SaaS metrics and revenue recognition. Collaboration with business stakeholders and formal reporting will be key.

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US.

Depending on the successful candidate’s experience, the position may be appointed at either the Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst or Senior Management Accountant / Senior FP&A Analyst level.

About the role

You will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial analysis. The role will also involve reporting on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) metrics, supporting revenue recognition and helping stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions.

We want to hear from you if you have experience in:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports and reporting packs
• Managing month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations
• Analysing financial performance, including budget-to-actual results, variances and profitability
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections
• Monitoring KPIs, working capital and business performance trends
• Providing clear financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Developing financial models, dashboards and reporting tools
• Supporting revenue recognition, deferred revenue and multi-currency reporting
• Tracking and reporting SaaS metrics, including MRR, ARR, churn and customer profitability
• Improving financial controls, reporting processes and system efficiencies
• Partnering with operational leaders and communicating financial information clearly
• Supporting audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements
• Assisting with ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients
• Experience working within or supporting a SaaS business
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment would be highly regarded.
