Job summary

HENEDROIT INC. is seeking a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial analysis for a growing SaaS business with international clients.

Responsibilities include month-end closes, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and building models and dashboards. Strong English communication, Xero and ERP experience are essential for success in this remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management accounts, financial reports and reporting packs.
• Manage month-end processes: journals, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial performance: budget-to-actuals, variances and profitability.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Monitor KPIs, working capital and business performance trends.
• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations for decisions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Support revenue recognition, deferred revenue and multi-currency reporting.
• Track and report SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, profitability).
• Improve financial controls, reporting processes and system efficiencies.
• Partner with operational leaders and communicate financial information clearly.
• Support audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects.

We're Hiring: Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst

Remote | Full-time | Philippines

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US.

Depending on the successful candidate's experience, the position may be appointed at either the Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst or Senior Management Accountant / Senior FP&A Analyst level.

About the role

You will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial analysis. The role will also involve reporting on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) metrics, supporting revenue recognition and helping stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions.

We want to hear from you if you have experience in:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports and reporting packs
• Managing month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations
