Job summary

The Finance Manager at HRTx Inc will oversee all financial management functions within the organization, delivering accurate financial insights and robust controls to support strategic decisions. The role demands a hands-on leader capable of guiding the finance team and collaborating with senior management to drive performance.

Based in Canlubang, Laguna, the position is onsite with a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred; open to non-CPAs with strong relevant experience.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing industry experience (FMCG or pharma) desirable.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and financial planning.
• Ability to present financial insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and management accounting activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage costing activities and analyze margins.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and risk management.
• Evaluate investments and support strategic financial decisions.
• Partner with senior management on planning and performance evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance team and progressive leadership.
• Take on broader finance responsibilities as needed.
