Job summary

HRTx Inc in Laguna invites a high-potential Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and governance for a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation.

You will partner with the CEO and senior management, drive profitability improvements, and develop the finance team with a view to advancing to Finance Controller within about 12 months, subject to performance.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong financial, analytical and business acumen.
• At least 8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG.
• Background in financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting and governance.
• Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, product costing and cost controls.
• Monitor performance, variances and risks with actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies and governance.
• Support planning, investment evaluation and financial decision-making.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and manage the finance team.
