Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Financial Accounting and Reporting Associate Lead in Quezon City for an onsite, dayshift role. The candidate will oversee accounting operations, support budgeting and forecasting, and strengthen financial controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5–7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with ERP and advanced Excel skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure financial governance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with purchase requisitions (PRs) and budget monitoring is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journal entries, account schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper account classification.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations and insights to management.
