Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial management functions with a hands-on, leadership-oriented approach. You will deliver accurate financial insights, drive strong controls, and guide strategic decisions in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred) and 8 years of finance experience, including reporting, costing, budgeting, planning, and investment analysis. Able to collaborate with senior management and lead the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
• CPA preferred; non-CPAs with strong relevant experience considered.
• 8 years of relevant Finance experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong background within the manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, management accounting, costing, budgeting, planning and controls.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and provide financial insights to support decisions.
• Audit firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and management accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support performance.
• Manage costing activities and provide insights on costs and margins.
• Conduct financial analysis and translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies and processes.
• Monitor investments and provide analysis to support decisions.
• Partner with senior management on planning, performance evaluation and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Take on broader finance responsibilities and readiness for higher leadership roles.
