Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati City is seeking two leaders for Accounting Manager and Finance Manager roles. Both positions require strong leadership and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

The roles are on-site with a Monday to Friday work setup. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage; five years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or other relevant professional certification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with prior leadership or people management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
