Job summary

HRTx Inc seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the Canlubang Plant, Calamba, Laguna. This full-time onsite role collaborates with the CEO and operations to drive financial performance, reporting, budgeting and cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a CPA credential and 8+ years in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG, with strong skills in accounting, analysis, and controls. A career path toward Finance Controller is expected within 12 months.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry background, preferably pharma or FMCG.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, management accounting, costing, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Experience managing financial investments and working capital strategy.
• Experience or training from SGV & Co or top-tier audits preferred.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to work with senior management.
• Willingness to assume Finance Controller role within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analysis to optimize plant costs.
• Establish and enforce internal financial controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Perform analyses, profitability studies, and scenario modeling for strategic decisions.
• Manage investments, cash flow, and working capital to maximize liquidity and returns.
• Partner with CEO and operations to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Prepare for progression to Finance Controller within 12 months.
