Qualifications

3–5 years in finance operations, reporting or accounting; audit background preferred.
Experience in real estate or property development industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee finance operations and ensure accuracy of collections and disbursements.
Monitor cash flow, treasury positions, and manage cash management system.
Maintain data integrity across reporting systems and balance sheets.
Prepare financial dashboards and internal reports for management.
Support strategic planning with financial runs using templates.
Enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
Collaborate with external CFO advisory and QS teams.
Lead and develop two Finance Specialists with potential promotion.
