The role offers a clear path to a Finance Controller position within about 12 months, based on performance, with a strong focus on cost accounting, governance, and strategic business analysis across manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• 8+ years of finance experience.
• Strong manufacturing experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer industries.
• Background in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Financial Controls and Governance, Financial Investments.
• Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work closely with CEOs and senior management.
• Proven leadership potential and capability to assume broader finance responsibilities.
• Experience in audit or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis, including product costing and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, processes, and internal governance.
• Support management in business planning, investment evaluation, and financial decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports and management insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations and other functions to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
• Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information.
• Lead and develop the finance team while preparing for broader finance leadership responsibilities.
