The Qualifications We Seek
Employment Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the Philippines
Academic Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education or equivalent, preferred
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outsourced Accounts Payable (AP) team
- Experience working within a global services organization
- Experience with case management systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with SLA and KPI performance monitoring and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through Microsoft Teams with individuals and diverse organizations
- Knowledge and experience within a finance environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with corporate reporting tools for performance measurement
- Knowledge of cloud-based finance systems
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of higher education and international student needs and requirements
- Interest in working with different nationalities and cultures
- Experience working within a fast-paced accounts departmentFamiliarity with global payments and bank payment processes

Your Daily Tasks
Case Management
- Serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end commission processes and policies.
- Own and manage cases for assigned agents.
- Meet or exceed established service-level agreements (SLAs), including First Response (FR), First Time Fix (FTF), Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), and Keeping in Touch (KIT).
- Ensure accurate triage, classification, and categorization of cases.
- Promote the Varicent self-service platform to agents.
- Serve as the designated escalation point for assigned agents.
Relationship Management
- Monitor commission clawbacks, **escalate issues as required, and keep agents informed.**
- Conduct monthly touchpoint meetings with assigned agents, primarily across North America, South America, and Latin America.
- Build effective working relationships with global marketing and regional offices, joint venture finance teams, Central Accounting teams supporting DE and FOC Billing, and GRU teams supporting general performance, bonuses, and incentives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Performance Management
- Support the development and improvement of commission processes and systems.
- Understand, communicate, and meet established SLAs and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering SLA performance and self-service adoption.
- Report agent satisfaction results quarterly.
- Prepare case status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end commission processing for assigned companies, including payment execution, agent communication, and remittance advice.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve commission and payment issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve commission processes and systems.
