Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Senior Data Specialist in Makati for leading migrations of global commercial real estate SaaS datasets, ensuring accuracy and implementation readiness. The role offers a hybrid setup and international exposure without leaving the country.

You will collaborate with the Enterprise Implementation Team, manage timelines, validate data, and mentor peers while expanding your data career across international markets.

The Qualifications We Seek

Technical Capabilities & Experience

• More than 2 years of relevant experience in data management, data migration, data implementation, or a related role
• Strong experience with large, complex datasets and system migrations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, validation, formula creation, and pivot tables
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proven ability to interpret complex data structures across multiple systems
• Experience with cloud-based platforms or SaaS products, preferred
• Experience with data import/export tools or scripting, including CSV processing or basic SQL, desirable

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with enterprise customers

Your Daily Tasks

Enterprise Data Migration

• Lead the migration and transformation of complex customer datasets from existing systems, spreadsheets, and other formats into required templates or platforms.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Implementation Team and internal stakeholders to scope and deliver migration projects within agreed Statements of Work.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across large, multi-entity customer datasets.
• Manage timelines and priorities to meet enterprise go-live commitments.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to meet accuracy standards and customer expectations.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex data challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and scalability of data migration workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Leadership

• Serve as the primary data contact for enterprise customers throughout migration and provide expert guidance and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth data transitions and issue resolution.
• Support and mentor Data Specialists on enterprise-related tasks and escalations.
• Communicate effectively with technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders.

Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Champion best practices in data handling, governance, quality, and accuracy.
• Identify and document recurring issues and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, templates, and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency.

Product Knowledge

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform, product features, functionality, and data structures.
• Maintain knowledge of new releases and product enhancements to support accurate data migration and testing.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve data-related features and tools.
