Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Advisor - Agent Commissions to manage end-to-end commission payments, cases, and agent relationships across international education partners. You will ensure accurate processing, SLA adherence, and effective communication with global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outsourced AP
• Experience in a global services organization
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via Teams
• Knowledge of cloud-based finance systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for end-to-end commission processes
• Own and manage cases for assigned agents
• Meet SLAs including FR, FTF, MTTR, and KIT
• Triage, classify, and categorize cases
• Promote Varicent self-service to agents
• Escalation point for assigned agents
• Monitor commission clawbacks and notify agents
• Monthly touchpoint meetings with agents across regions
• Prepare monthly performance reports and KPI results
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve commission issues
