Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to cover Manila or Cebu, focusing on hospitality and food-service equipment. You will build and manage key accounts, pursue new opportunities, and lead demonstrations to win contracts.

Responsibilities include delivering presentations, negotiating terms, mentoring junior staff, and aligning with marketing to generate leads while maintaining CRM data and reporting sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in food & beverage equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality supplies, or technical/industrial sales.
