Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Strategic Business Partner – F&A Operations to lead a high-performing offshore delivery vertical for US and Australian clients.

You will be the senior accountable executive for client relationships and end-to-end delivery, guiding a 200+ person FAO organization with cross-functional support. You will manage AR/AP/GL, reporting, and audit operations while maintaining strong P&L oversight and executive presence in the boardroom and on the floor,

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO).
• Proven leadership of large offshore teams (200+ headcount).
• Strong expertise in AR, AP, GL, reporting, and audit operations.
• Deep understanding of AR metrics and collections.
• Experience with US/AU clients; GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
• CRM systems experience; HubSpot preferred.
• Executive relationship management at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across US and Australian accounts.
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability across FAO functions.
• Oversee audit intake, billing, CRM, payments, collections, and support.
• Interpret AR reports, aging, denials, and trends to prioritize work.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Lead transition management for new client onboarding.
• Partner with Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM teams.
