Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations, BPO/FAO, shared services, or a similar environment
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale teams of 200+ FTEs
• Strong experience across AR, AP, GL, reporting, billing, collections, and audit operations
• Proven experience managing US and/or Australian clients, including senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong background in client relationship management, service delivery, and operational excellence
• Experience leading client transitions, process migrations, and go-live activities
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and financial/operational reporting
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation management
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, risk management, and operational transformation
• Proven ability to build and sustain high-performing teams and leadership pipelines
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders across US and Australian accounts
• Own end-to-end delivery across AR, AP, GL, reporting, billing, collections, and audit, ensuring SLA, quality, and client satisfaction targets are consistently met
• Provide operational oversight across audit intake, billing, authorizations, CRM, payment posting, collections, and customer support
• Analyze AR reports, aging, denials, collection trends, and operational dashboards to identify risks, priorities, and improvement opportunities
• Monitor work queues, trackers, dashboards, and financial reports to identify bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Drive resolution of audit issues, claim rejections, denials, authorization gaps, AR risks, and client escalations
• Partner closely with Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective collaboration and handoffs
• Ensure accurate documentation and real-time tracking of operational activities and client requirements in HubSpot
• Translate financial and operational data into clear business updates, insights, and action plans for clients and senior leadership
• Lead client transitions and new account implementations, including knowledge transfer, process mapping, technology integration, and go-live planning
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable HIPAA and PHI handling standards within daily operations
• Own delivery risks, escalations, and remediation plans, proactively communicating concerns to clients and internal leadership
• Establish and monitor vertical-level KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality metrics, and performance targets
• Lead, develop, and retain a 200+ FTE delivery organization, including succession planning, career development, and building a high-performance culture
• Provide regular performance updates and business reviews to senior leadership and client stakeholders
