Job summary

Eastvantage seeks an Operations Director – Finance & Accounting Outsourcing to lead a 200+ delivery team and own end-to-end FAO operations for major US and Australian clients. The role combines strategic P&L ownership with hands-on delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will shape the FAO growth strategy, oversee transition programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with presales and talent teams to drive sustainable, profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of FAO experience or equivalent in large offshore delivery settings.
• Strong finance/accounting background with AR/AP/GL knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multi-client P&L and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across US and Australian accounts with C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability across FAO functions (AR, AP, GL, reporting, audit).
• Provide operational oversight across billing, authorizations, CRM, collections, and customer support.
• Translate financial/operational data into clear updates and action plans for stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and scope expansion for new engagements with minimal delivery risk.
• Partner with Audit, Billing, Collections, Finance, CRM, and Customer Support teams.
