Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Operations Director to lead our FAO vertical.

This senior, client-facing role oversees offshore delivery, drives growth, and strengthens executive relationships across US and Australian clients. You will own end-to-end client lifecycle—from presales to steady-state delivery—ensuring profitable, scalable engagements and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in FAO, 200+ headcount leadership

Responsibilities

• Act as primary executive point of contact for C-suite and VP stakeholders
• Maintain long-term client relationships across US and AU markets
• Identify and drive organic growth opportunities and go-to-market initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end FAO delivery (AR, AP, GL, reporting, audit) with SLA accountability
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, transitions, and process improvements
• Own account P&L, margin performance, and financial targets
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Audit, Billing, Coding, and CRM teams
• Drive data-driven reporting and executive updates
• Build and sustain a high-performance 200+ headcount culture
