Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all facilities service at client sites, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs. You will lead the FM team, coordinate providers, and maintain tenant satisfaction.

Based onsite in Quezon, Philippines, you will work with the Site Leadership team to implement operating strategies, manage budgets, safety programs, and ensure lease terms are met. Regular reporting through QBR/ABR will be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities service at client sites and ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead the FM team and coordinate service providers and contractors.
• Maintain high tenant satisfaction and effective client relationships.
• Oversee procurement, invoices, budgets, and Oracle-based forecasting.
• Conduct site inspections, oversee maintenance (AC, electrical, fire systems), and coordinate safety training.
