Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager, Finance & Accounting Operations to oversee service delivery for US and Australian clients. You will be the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will lead AR, AP, GL activities, drive performance dashboards, and coordinate onboarding, transitions, and implementations while upholding regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years in Finance & Accounting Operations, Shared Services, BPO, or outsourcing.
• Hands-on AR/AP/GL, reporting, or related finance experience.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing service delivery and escalations.
• Exposure to US and/or Australian clients preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and dashboards is an advantage.
• HIPAA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver Finance & Accounting services (AR, AP, GL, reporting).
• Monitor operational performance, service levels, and key metrics to meet objectives.
• Manage client concerns and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Analyze performance data to identify efficiency, quality and service improvements.
• Support process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate client onboarding, transition, and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
