Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Senior Associate AVP to translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with technology to deliver workflow and tracking-tool enhancements that improve efficiency, governance, and reduce risk.

You will drive automation, metrics, dashboards, and change management to support adoption across business, operations, technology, and risk, with night shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business analysis, product delivery, or workflow tooling.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, and technology with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones in an agile or hybrid environment.
• Strong analytical skills: define metrics, interpret trends, and use data to drive decisions.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and document decisions in an audit-ready manner.
• Must be willing and able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tooling enhancements from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and design process improvements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to enable effective delivery and testing.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across business, operations, technology, and risk partners.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and adoption activities to drive successful launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and user experience through automation where appropriate.
• Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor performance, risks, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions align to governance, controls, data quality standards, and compliance expectations.
