Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Loan Origination Automation professional to partner with operations, technology, and control functions. You will convert process pain points into automated solutions and measurable improvements to cycle times, data quality, and resiliency.

You will map current and future workflows, deliver end-to-end automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, and Tableau, and embed controls by design across governance standards with a focus on risk management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in loan operations, origination, or related automation roles.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and data with a risk-and-control mindset.
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across loan origination processes and translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Map current-state and target-state workflows to reduce manual touchpoints and improve end-to-end throughput.
• Deliver automation initiatives end to end including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
