Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to oversee operations and maintenance of a large-scale commercial property in the Stadium area. This role involves coordinating programs, budgets, vendor management, and safety initiatives.

The position offers exposure to asset enhancement projects and opportunities for growth within property portfolios. Applicants should have the necessary engineering/FM background and retail operations experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Real Estate or Facilities Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong initiative, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Ops Manager in overseeing operations and maintenance of a large-scale commercial property.
• Coordinate operation programmes and maintenance works to ensure optimal building performance.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, administer maintenance contracts, and monitor expenses.
• Support asset enhancement initiatives, tenant fit-out works, and events or promotions.
• Manage procurement activities, equipment replacement projects, and improvement works.
• Attend to tenant and customer feedback, ensuring timely service recovery and resolution.
• Supervise technicians and external providers to maintain high operational standards.
• Participate in emergency response and business continuity activities.
• Support workplace safety initiatives, permit-to-work reviews, risk assessments, and safety audits.

The Opportunity

• Location: Stadium
• Salary: Up to $5,500
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days including weekends
• 2 year contract (subjected to renewal or conversion)

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, Estate Management, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
• Strong initiative, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to support operational requirements outside standard office hours when necessary
