Job summary

Interlocal Centre, a premier 8-storey industrial facility in Pasir Panjang, invites applications for a Projects & Facilities Senior/Executive. You will coordinate renovation, A&A, and fit-out projects from planning to completion while overseeing daily facilities operations and building services responsibilities.

You will manage contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and liaise with tenants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
• Strong project coordination, contractor management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works.
• Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements.
• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests.
• Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports.
